River Island hires double amputee child model

A double amputee has become the face of one of River Island's new collections. Eight-year-old Daisy Demetre from Birmingham had both of her legs amputated when she was 18 months due to a birth defect. She began modelling six months ago when she was signed to Zebedee Management, an agency which specialises in representing people with disabilities. Report by Jonesia.
