The deadly Carr Fire, which stood at over 110,000 acres on July 31, was named the seventh most destructive wildfire in California history, according to the San Francisco Gate.The blaze killed six people and 2,546 buildings remained under threat July 31.Evacuated residents from the River Park Highlands subdivision began returning home on July 31, according to a Cal Fire report.
