British MP's: It "Does Not Bode Well" That Facebook Execs Stonewalled Them

UK legislators are not at all happy with social media giant Facebook.
Lawmakers grilled FB execs on the alleged Russian infiltration of the site in 2016.
They now say FB gave 'disingenuous answers' while avoiding other questions “to the point of obstruction."
A House of Commons committee wrote, “Facebook should not be in a position of marking its own homework."
FB's resistance to providing information to Parliament “does not bode well for future transparency.”
