Sonakshi REPLACES Diana, raised CONFLICTS b/w the two?

'Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi' trailer released on Wednesday that showcased Sonakshi Sinha as the new 'Happy', whereas it's prequel saw Diana Penty in the leads. Penty does feature in the movie, however the story is carried forward by Sonakshi. 'Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi' however releases on the 24th August.
