Swimmers at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, were ordered to leave the water on Monday, July 22, after a waterspout made landfall and turned into a small tornado.The waterspout was seen near the Skywheel in downtown Myrtle Beach, local news site MyrtleBeachOnline reported. The National Weather Service of Wilmington subsequently classified it as an EF-0 tornado with winds under 65 miles per hour, the report said.This video filmed by eyewitness David Wren shows beach chairs and umbrellas being thrown into the air by the waterspout.
