Good morning, as much as we don't want to see anymore record breaking temperatures this summer...it could be another day with the highest temperature of the season in some regions. Meanwhile Japan is also seeing record breaking temperatures with highs in the upper thirties to low forties.
Seoul and Daegu could see highs in the upper thirties, and it's more likely that it will feel hotter than the actual temperatures.
The unbearable heat lingered through night, most parts woke up to a low of 25 to 27 degrees.
Mostly sunny skies with high humidity are in store with an expected high of 37 degrees in Seoul, Daegu and Gyeongju getting up to 38 degrees, even Busan at 34.
We are seeing no relief from the heat, typhoons that are forming are far away from the Korean peninsula will only add to the humidity we are experiencing.
