Tom Morello Night Watchman “This Land is Your Land” ...

At the “Open the Debates” Rally at the DNC 2008 in Denver, Colorado, Tom Morello as the Night Watchman gave an incredible performance/rendition of Arlo Guthrie’s “This Land is Your Land.” I was lucky enough to be at the Rage Against the Machine/Flobots/The Coup show earlier that day (thanks Yoshi Mota!), and to march with them and the Iraq Veterans Against the War while I filmed. I blended some footage from the successful march into the video- the Vetarans were allowed into the convention, and were the only group allowed in all week that marched.
