An explosion at an industrial park in Yibi City in southern China's Sichuan Province on Thursday (July 12) has killed 19 people and injured 12.
In the video, a three-storey building has been destroyed, with only a chemical plant's steel frame remaining.
A huge blaze and massive plumes of smoke can be seen at another building.
According to reports, a building in the middle of the plant exploded.
The fire has since been extinguished and the case is being investigated.
