He came out to the property early to start the external inspection so that my time was not wasted and then went through every available portion of the house, including squeezing up into an attic that no one should have to go into. The inspection was thorough, efficient, and he answered all of my questions on site, as well as those that cropped up after. I appreciate the time and effort that John put in and was impressed with the way that Metro Boston goes about business."
