She views swimming as a sport that has helped her to be disciplined, enjoy great health, and gather lifetime friends.
After having left the national swimming team as a teenager, back in 2003, she has been back in the pool since December last year, after hearing about the upcoming FINA open water series.
Dr. Naomi Adeline will be swimming 2.5km in the Open Water Mass Challenge to be held on Saturday May 19.
Dr. Adeline is calling on everyone who can swim to join in and make it a day to remember.
