Houston's Dwight Howard posted 32 points (11 of 17 from the charity stike), 11 rebounds and one block. James Harden scored 16 points, seven rebounds and three assists.
Boston did have a few bright spots, including a stellar performance from newly acquired Jerryd Bayless and Avery Bradley. Bayless, who has averaged 9.6 points 4.2 assists and 2.0 steals per game since the trade to Boston, shelved 17 points (7-for-13 from the field), four assists and two steals. Bradley posted 24 points, five rebounds and three assists in the loss.
