On Sunday, Uproxx reported that Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom fell short of its predecessor during its opening-weekend at the box office. Three years ago, the original Jurassic World wildly beat opening-weekend expectations and debuted with at at an incredible $208 million. Fallen Kingdom fell short, but still managed to handily beat expectations, coming in with a $150 million opening, nearly $60 million short of the 2015 entry.
