Dual Mode Muffler & 12V to 6V Conversion | Honda CT70 Mini Bike

A few weeks ago I swapped a 4 speed manual 140cc racing engine onto my 1974 Honda CT70. The new Chinese 140 is much torquier than the original 72cc engine on the Trail 70, but I didn't gain much top speed. In this video, we're fabricating a new freer flowing exhaust for the CT70, and using resistors to make a 12 volt charging system work on a 6 volt headlight. We then find out that this engine doesn't have a charging system! Ugh!
