Water Surges Onto Pavement From Burst Pipe Following Japan Earthquake

An earthquake, measured by the United States Geological Survey as magnitude 5.3, struck Japan’s Osaka Prefecture early on June 18.According to the Japan Times, at least three people were reported killed and several injured following the quake, which struck at a depth of 15.4 km. An unknown number were also reported as missing or trapped.This video posted to Twitter shows a burst water main causing water to gush onto the pavement close to the National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center in Osaka.
