‘Kitchen Duty’. Makes 1.
15ml Amontillado Sherry
15ml White Vermouth
20ml Hortus Raspberry Gin Liqueur
10ml sugar syrup
Approx. 50ml sparkling wine
Clementine peel, to garnish
1. Stir everything except the fizz over ice and strain into a small chilled coupe glass
2. Top up with a small splash of sparkling wine
3. Garnish with a strip of clementine peel
'Out of the cold'. Serves 4. Prep time 8mins.
60ml Abrachan Whiskey
30ml Triple Sec
400ml Cider
50g honey
50ml sugar syrup
Mixture of G&T spices
Apple slices, to garnish
1. Add all of the ingredients into sealable glass bottle or mason jar and leave it to sit in the fridge for
as long as you like
2. When you’re ready to drink it, put a large pan of water on a medium heat and place the bottle/jar in
the water
3. Allow the water to heat up the contents of the bottle/jar. For a half litre of the cocktail, heat for
around 20minutes. Do not boil the water.
4. Once you’re confident the cocktail is warm, pop the lid and serve in handled punch glasses.
5. Garnish with slice of apple with spices balanced on top
Non-alcoholic ‘Blood Orange Fizz’
100ml Deluxe Sparkling Blood Orange and Cranberry Presse
100ml tonic water
A wedge of lime
Fresh rosemary, to garnish
1. Pour straight in to an iced highball, stir.
2. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a wedge of lime
