"First off, I can't even begin to emphasize how thorough our inspector (Pat Bruce) was during our time with him. From our initial inquiry online and over the phone to the final inspection report. The inspection took about 2.5 to 3 hours. He allowed us to walk through with him during the inspection and any questions I asked, he didn't hesitate to answer. I would hire him many times over. Even our realtor was impressed about how detailed the report was. We also got a free termite inspection!"
