Father's Emotional Surprise After Receiving Official Adoption Papers

A father of two had an emotional day when he received official adoption papers from his daughter in Glendale, Arizona.Brianna Colwell decided to surprise her dad with the papers on his birthday. At first, John Colwell did not know what to make of the gift before realizing what his daughter had done.“He raised me and my older sister since I was a baby, I have always treated him like my real father and will always see him that way.
