Britain's May Moves Ahead With Brexit Final Agreement
According to Reuters, Prime Minister Theresa May’s plans to end the UK's more than 40 years of membership in the EU moved one step closer. In a contentious parliamentary vote, the British prime minister secured changes to another vote on a final agreement with Brussels over a bill to withdrawal from the European Union. However, concessions made before the latest vote provided members of Parliament with more power if the prime minister fails to close a deal on Britain's divorce from the EU.
