Serbian Drivers Block Highway to Protest High Fuel Prices

Drivers in the Serbian capital of Belgrade stopped their cars on a highway on June 11 to protest against high fuel prices, blocking traffic for around 20 minutes, Radio Free Europe reported.The outlet reported that the protesters demanded the government lower the tax on fuel, which makes up about 55 percent of the price.
