LUX has been established in Rotterdam for more than 25 years. Since 2013, Milan Gataric has been head chef and owner. His menu and wine list are inspired by the seasons and small-scale producers.
At Lux you come for a whole evening. Enjoy a dinner up to 6 courses and drink the better wines by the glass, but take aperitif and digestif in their bar Festiv .
The kitchen has evolved from classic French with a Mediterranean twist to a completely individual style. Bert is constantly looking for new flavor combinations and structures, and he experiments with cooking techniques such as slow cooking and drying, for example, scallops.
