Odisha town’s ‘emotional’ farewell to doctor who cared for them

Showering their affection, residents of Tentulikhunti, a quaint town in Odisha’s Nabarangpur district gave a teary farewell to a doctor who had turned a dilapidated community health centre into an air-conditioned facility having an operation theatre in his eight-year tenure.More than 500 people, young and old, were on streets on June 2 to say goodbye to 32-year-old Dr Kishore Chandra Das.
