Music, chanting and scripture.
David Life: We use yoga asana primarily as our teaching tool; but within the context of a yoga asana class, we chant and study scripture. We . . . we listen to music. We experience music on the level of inspiration. And the yogic idea of nada yoga, which is the yoga of sound is yet again one of these paths that we have to an enlightenment. Let's see. What have I said -- scripture, nada yoga, chanting. We've included these . . . integrated all of these into a yoga asana class so that when you have a room of many different people, they can each find something that . . . that they can identify with and use as a tool. And then we can all celebrate together our various paths to enlightenment. Recorded on: 10/31/07
