A police officer subdued a hammer-wielding suspect in a convenience store after throwing two cans of beans at him on Thursday, May 31.CCTV footage from inside the Rainbow Store shows the moment Maj. Jimmy Stanford launched the cans of Bush’s Baked Beans at the suspect, the Panama News City Herald reported.Following the encounter, Justin Tyler Stanford, 25, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon on an officer, resisting arrest with violence, driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident with damage, the newspaper reported.
