Homeless Man Nearly Gets Arrested for Arguing with a Street Performer (4K UHD)

Recorded, edited, and uploaded in 4K UHD (2160p)!\r
I was shopping at the Ross downtown, when I heard an argument between a homeless man and a street performer (Larry.) Apparently Larry owed the homeless man $20, and the homeless man came over to collect it. He came over and hit Larrys drums, and grabbed a twenty dollar bill, however it was counterfeit. They got in each others faces, and the homeless guy threatened Larry with a monkey wrench.\r
I started recording right after it calmed down. When I was there watching everything going down, I thought that it was strange that the police were protecting Larry, and after repeated viewings I believe that Larry is a police informant that was wearing a wire. Notice how the police arrived in the cop truck, driving backwards through a busy intersection on Market street, popping open the doors while the truck is still in motion, and hopping out with their billy clubs already out. They know Larrys name, and they already know the situation even though no one called the cops. They were very protective of Larry, and were willing to arrest the homeless man under false pretenses if he didnt leave. They also confiscated his monkey wrench.
