Surviving a Japanese Winter/日本の冬の過ごし方(暖房)
動画で紹介していることは、日本に数ヶ月滞在している時に借りたアパートでの経験談です。もちろん、場所や値段、立地条件にもよると思いますが、アパートによっては自国の住居と異なる点に驚かれるかもしれません。地方によって、その土地特有の家の造りや習慣があるので、日本に滞在するときは是非その違いを楽しんでもらいたいです。特に「こたつ」は外せません。こたつ最強です。それに加えてみかんと猫がいれば、もう他には何もいりません。こたつに入っていれば、気が付いた時にはもう春です。本州では一家に一台のこつがあるみたいです。\r

How do Japanese people stay warm in the winter? Its ually already spring in Japan according to their traditional calendar, and its still February! Even though the temperature doesnt get as low as my hometown it feels colder in Japan because of housing construction differences and somewhat insufficient heating methods, compared to the central heating Im used to. They do have kotatsu, though, which is probably the best heating invention ever. I wish we had kotatsu in America!\r

And I forgot to mention it in the video but they have heated toilet seats!! Yes!!\r
