VW Camper being pulled from the water

This video shows a VW camper van being pulled from the water after it became fully submerged in a harbour.The hapless owner had parked on the slipway by the Falmouth Watersports Centre and it's not clear if the vehicle's handbrake was left off and it rolled into the water or if the tide came in and swamped the vehicle.The recovery operation at Falmouth Harbour on Tuesday took more than two hours.One witness said: "I went to have a look and it was completely submerged, this was about 6pm and someone said it had been there a little while. "Three Land Rovers turned up and they had winches and cables and eventually a guy in full scuba gear appeared and went in to attach the lines to the vehicles.
