Police prove how easy it is to steal a bike in Cambridge, UK

Police have dubbed shoppers' ignorance "shocking" when no-one reported undercover cops posing as bike thieves - with BOLT CUTTERS. CCTV footage showed the non-uniform officers cutting four bikes free from a city centre fence in broad daylight.
