Road rage gran revealed as local councillor

Many thanks to Steve Fox for the footage - A councillor who unleashed a foul-mouthed tirade on a shocked motorist has issued an apology. District councillor Florence Newell, 73, was left furious when the road she was driving on was blocked by Steve Fox, 35. Parked cars meant there was only enough space for one vehicle to drive down and tensions began to spill over when both drivers refused to budge. Eventually Mrs Newell managed to manouvre her car passed Mr Fox - but not before she cursed the full-time dad.
