Note: There is a relatively new model dehydrator that looks very similiar to the one I dis in the video. It has the added advantage of having a temperature control. Several folks on YouTube have done videos using this model and have had success. So. . . .It is much cheaper than the Excaliber (approx. $70 versus $180) and may be a less expensive option that ually works reasonably well for the money.
