Haji Shabrati Nahari Wale is in Haveli Azam Khan, a by-lane off Matia Mahal in Old Delhi. It was founded in 1957. Shabrati only sells buffalo meat nihari and brain fry. The nahari is hot and spicy. it is served with a piece of the spongy khamiri roti. The gravy is very thick and rich. The buffalo meat is nice and soft, the shanks are juicy and add flavour and texture to the gravy. A full plate of Nahari will cost you ₹200.
