On my second night in Mumbai I met up with my buddy Tanmay from @thetrippingtravelers and we headed out on a savory Indian street food after dark and we visited the gateway of India!

We started off by exploring a bit of the fort area where we walked through the Colaba Market. Then headed straight to the Gateway of India. It's definitely worth visiting at night because it's lit up!
Next we headed to Bademiya to have some Kebab rolls. This place is famous for their chicken and mutton kebabs. They are open all night, so it's a perfect place to come after dark!
We then headed to CST Train Station which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Right next door to the station there is a open air food court where you can eat some of the best Indian street food after dark in Mumbai.
We started with a Pav Bhaaji, which is a tomato based dish with bread. Next up we tried three dishes, Dahi Puri, Ragda Pattice and Sev Puri. They were all very sweet Indian street food dishes, so delicious!
And lastly we headed to Badshah to try some Falooda's! This is a smoothie, shake, ice cream with jelly's and noodles. This is a very refreshing drink that is perfect to combat the Mumbai heat!
