My Tips on Fitness Corset/Waist Thinners

PLEASE READ BEFORE* Make sure you guys do a little bit of your own homework when trying to figure out what will work best for your diet and workout plans based on your level of fitness and health. I stress that you guys get more familiar with the way your body works in order to get the most out of changing it for the better whether that is gaining weight, losing weight, staying the same and toning up, maintaining, etc.! MY TIP FOR THIS WEEK-\r

Although you should always try to find new and healthy ways to achieve your goals, I wouldnt recommend using a fitness corset/waist thinner with my videos, but that doesnt mean you cant give it a shot if you are someone who is interested. I just think it isnt good to mess around with your bodys soft tissue in effort to try to look like you lost weight. You are going to have to always wear the corset to always have that look! Think about that! Make sure you are taking the proper precautions when trying new things out for your body. \r
