Prickly Pear Jelly - How to make

Here is a quick video of how we make prickly pear jelly from the prickly pear cus around our home. Its makes for a delicious and beautiful colored jelly/jam. You may not have prickly pears where youre at but many fruit based jellies and jams require the same type of preparations. So hopefully this might give you an idea of how to make a jelly like this.\r
