Chibi Tutorial : Anna in Coronation Gown (inspired by the Frozen)

Also please forgive me on the terrible video quality. I use a cheap comp camera (Samsung DVnewF) to film this, so the white balance (which I still havent learned to control yet) really drove me up the wall during the editing process. :S\r
