Step2. Wake up 4-6 hours after youve fallen asleep\r
Step3. Stay up for about 45 minutes\r
Step4. Read over your dream journal and stay on the subject of lucid dreaming\r
Step5. Go back to Sleep and repeat something likeI will now enter my lucid dream over and over until you are asleep\r
Step 6. Become Lucid
