PAKORA RECIPE | Potato Corn Pakora | Aloo Pakora\r
Ingredients \r

4 medium potato\r
100 grm gram flour (besan)\r
100 grm all purpose flour (maida)\r
100 gram corns\r
1/2 tsp chili flakes or as required \r
1 Water glass or as required \r
1 tsp cumin seeds\r
Coriander leaves\r
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes\r
Salt to taste \r
oil as required\r

How to make Aloo Pakora\r
\r
Wash all potatoes peel & cut them into thin round slices.\r
\r
In a bowl add gram flour, all purpose flour, salt, chilli flakes, cumin seeds, and coriander.\r
\r
Make a thin(do not make a thick paste like mixture) batter by constantly mixing the batter with water & add corns.\r
\r
Set aside pakora batter for 10 min in fridge.\r
\r
Take a deep frying pan and pour oil when you feel the oil is hot enough now dip the potato slice one by one to this batter and place in pan.\r
\r
Dunk the slices one by one and place.\r
\r
Soon as the potato slices turn golden in colour, heat should be meduim after light brown take them out and put them on paper towel or tissues(to absorb excess oil).\r

Serve these hot pakoras with tomato ketchup.
