How I Lost 25 Lbs Without Exercise in 3 EASY STEPS

In this video I thoroughly explain how i lost 25 lbs in 6 months in 3 easy steps without exercising ! Im sure if you did exercise and followed these steps, youd loose even more weight even faster :) before my weight gain i was söoo into fitness. i did 2 90 minute yoga classes a day, 1 Pilates class a week, 2 kettle bell classes a week, and i even became a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). After i moved out and was going to school full time and worked 2 jobs, health and fitness wasnt such a prioity anymore. I started letting myself go bad, and everything became worse when i got a job at McDonalds D: omg, WORST DECISION! Since i was very sluggish and tired all the time it was hard to get back in shape again so i decided to start small and by small i mean changing my diet. I lost 25lbs so far and im not stopping there :) This is definitely the jump start i needed.\r
