一斤豬骨 600g pork bones\r
一條大甘筍 1 carrot\r
一條粟米 1 sweetcorn\r
兩粒浸發乾瑤柱 2 conpoy\r
四粒蜜棗 4 dates\r
二十五克南北杏 25g sweet and bitter apricot kernel\r
兩片果皮浸發後去囊 2 slices of dried tangerine peel\r
二十克茶樹菇或四隻冬菇 20g mushrooms\r
二十克玉竹 20g Yuzhu\r
五公升水 5 litres water\r
半茶匙粗鹽 (不是必要) 1/2tsp salt (optional)\r
