North Korean Negotiator Rails At South Korean 'Human Scum'

North Korea’s chief negotiator slammed the South Korean government Thursday.
Denouncing its joint air combat drills with the US, Ri Son Gwon called it “ignorant and incompetent."
Ri threatened to halt all talks with the South unless North Korea's demands are met.
He also criticized the South for allowing “human scum” to speak at its National Assembly.
Ri's comments mark a huge setback in the runup to a summit scheduled with the U.S.
