According to a report by Business Insider, the FDA is calling out drugmakers it claims are 'gaming' the system as a way of obstructing generic competition. The US Food and Drug Administration published a list on Thursday, of 52 drugs it deemed are facing delays to getting generic versions developed because of intentional delays made by big-name drugmakers.
