5 Pepper Chili recipe

For the Super Bowl, the BBQ Pit Boys cook up a big pot of meat Chili at the Pit. No beans required..! \r
For this Pit Boys Chili recipe we used:\r
(3 gallons (11.4 liters) -reduce or increase quantities below to meet your game requirements)\r
5 lbs. Ground Beef\r
5 lbs. Sirloin Beef Steak\r
8 large Poblano Peppers\r
8 Jalapeno Peppers\r
6 Yellow Chili Peppers\r
8 Red Bell Peppers\r
4 Frying Peppers\r
5 medium Onions\r
1 bulb Garlic\r
8 Roma Tomatoes\r
2 large cans Plumb Tomatoes\r
2 large cans crushed Tomatoes\r
24oz. Beer\r
½ cup Corn Meal\r
Fresh Cilantro\r
3 Tbs. SPG (substitute coarse Salt and Pepper to taste)\r
2 Tbs. ground Cumin\r
3 Tbs. Chili Powder\r
Cayenne Pepper to taste\r
