Iran and Europe Meet In Last-Ditch Effort To Salvage Nuclear Deal

On Tuesday, Europe and Iran looked to form a common front to save the nuclear deal without the United States, however some diplomats have expressed doubts that the deal can survive the reimposition of US sanctions. According to a report by Reuters, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif arrived in Brussels for a meeting with his British, French and German counterparts, shortly before extra sanctions were announced by Washington on Iranian financial officials.
