500 g of Cream cheese\r
1/3 cup sugar\r
1/4 cup boiling water\r
2 tsp unflavored gelatin\r
1 cup whipping cream or thickened cream\r
100 g white baking chocolate\r
110 g dark baking chocolate\r

For the frosting (optional)\r
40 g of chocolate\r
1 cup whipping cream \r
1/4 cup powdered sugar
