Buying Limited Edition Supercars? [Fuel For Thought]

All these limited edition supercars, but what do you actually have to do to get on the list to buy them? For my latest 'Fuel For Thought', I jump into my classic Mini for a little drive to discuss how this works in terms of cars like those I have on order: Vantage GT8, AMG GT R, Ford GT, but also for the hypercars like the AM-RB 001, McLaren BP23 and special Ferraris.
Yes, I appreciate the irony of discussing such a topic from the wheel of my Mini, but it hasn't featured in 2 months and it was about time!
