GULF Aston Martin V12 Vantage from GEORGIA!

Spotted near my home in London, an Aston Martin V12 Vantage wrapped in a Gulf theme livery of the famous light blue and orange but perhaps what's rarest about this spot is that the car itself is carrying a registration plate from Georgia!
Georgia is 3,000 miles away from the UK sitting between Turkey and Azerbaijan and certainly the last place from which I'd expect to find a supercar on the streets of London. Not only that but it's carrying a pretty snazzy number plate, "V 12".
