Iraqi Turquoise Ferrari 599 GTB - Less dangerous than before!

Shmee150 films the Turquoise 599 GTB that has shot to the limelight recently due to some seriously reckless driving in central London. Since the incident the car has been issued a UK number plate and clearly the driver is now a little more sensible, although he does give a few little revs of his V12.
