Fake policeman M25 5 May 2018

I believe this to be a fake policeman. Look how the vehicle slows for the gantries where there *may* be camera's at 0:15, 0:39, 1:05 & 1:27 - emergency services on a call with blues and twos going (there was a siren too) do not slow for potential speed cameras!
