This is the dramatic moment a hero neighbour rescued a stranded woman calling for help from a burning building. Flames ripped through the colonial style home in Yangon, Burma, on Saturday morning at 10am - leaving dozens trapped inside. But the man selflessly scaled the building like a ''superhero'' according to onlookers and carried the woman down.
