Northern Italy is marketing itself as a powerhouse in renewable energy - as this cinematic drone footage shows.

In this video, captured in February, Europe's largest supercharger station - owned by Tesla and located in an IKEA store parking lot in Brescia - is featured alongside the wind-powered turbines of Aff near Verona and the famous "termoutilizzatore" incinerator that produces electricity and heat for most of the buildings in Brescia.

The supercharger station boasts 12 bays and has been operational since 2014.

The Supercharger network is aimed at allowing Tesla owners to cover long distances in their electric cars without recharging.
