CHICKEN NIHARI

Try this amazing chicken nihari,you will love it.in sha Allah \r
chicken 750 gm (3 pao)\r
paste of 1 med onion\r
ghee 1.25 cups\r
aatta 2 tbsp\r
ginger paste 1 tsp\r
garlic paste 1 tbsp\r
nihari masala ( my Own recipe for 2 kg nihari )\r
PWD SPICES:\r
red chilli pwd 1.5 tbsp\r
degi mirch or kashmiri chili pwd 1 tbsp\r
salt 1.5 tbsp\r
turmeric 1 tsp\r
ginger pwd 1 tbsp\r
WHOLE SPICES FOR PWD:\r
B.pepper 1 tsp\r
B.cardamom 2\r
green cardamom 5\r
cloves 8\r
cinnamon stick 1 inch\r
bay leaves 2\r
star anise 1\r
nutmeg 1/2\r
mace 1 flower\r
pipli 1\r
coriander seeds 1 tbsp\r
funnel seeds 1 tbsp\r
white cumin 1 tsp\r
B.cumin 1 tsp\r
grind all whole spices in a dry mill and mix this pwd in remaining spices to make home made nihari masala.
